We had a girls weekend and chose to stay here. It was a really good sized house with plenty of room for the seven of us. The house was clean and we were left with clear instructions on how everything worked. The location was fantastic, the main shopping strip and beach was right at the end of the street. The house was excellent, very nicely presented and perfect for our Easter group weekend away. Large open living areas, amazing TV and music system, awesome deck and spa. Perfect house for families and groups. Top location – nice and quiet and at the end of the street you’ll find the start of gorgeous coastal walking tracks and beach access. The house is great. Larger than you would expect a 4 bedroom place to be. It's a nice place, in a great location, just a minute off the beach. It was also great that the house is so well stocked, with little things. Like, there are plenty of plates and pots, there is a coffee machine and a good barbecue, it's not just the bare minimum. We had a really relaxing stay. The house was clean, modern and comfortable, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The kids loved the trampoline and heated pool. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, as was the basic pantry items (oil, salt/pepper, gladwrap). Davina March 2016

We had a fantastic trip, Beach House rentals were very accommodating with approving an early check in and late check out as we had a few people from interstate. The house was very well equipped and plenty of bedding. The only problem was we couldn't stay longer. February 2016
Instructions from the host were great and made for a very comfortable stay. The listing was very accurate. If anything, the house is way bigger than the listing gives credit for. Can't find a better central location in Sorrento. The house is massive so everyone has their own space. February 2016
Great house. Fantastic location. Just off the main street and easy access to everything. Didn't use the car at all. Great space for 3 couples and comfortable for 2 families. Pool was clean and cool on our hot weekend. Didn't want to leave. Will book again for sure. February 2016
The home is beautiful and well equipped, with comfortable accommodation for our group of 10 (8 adults - two singles, three couples - and 2 babies). The living space is very comfortable and we enjoyed all our meals at the large table outside on the verandah. It's a short drive to Rye town centre and main beach, which was great for the kids. A perfect weekend made even better by a perfect house !!!! Really easy to collect the keys and drop them off , the house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and was perfect for what we needed , it had all the utensils in the kitchen plus a lot lot more !! We had a great weekend at Timaru Close. We had a group of 4 couples staying for a friends wedding. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed and more (a great coffee machine!) Collection and drop off of keys made easy, we received a great welcome pack from Beach house rentals and the staff were lovely. I was quite impressed and happy with Beach House Rentals for the efforts she put in to help in getting the fridge and BBQ problems dealt with promptly. Service was fantastic and of course I was touched to surprisingly receive that delicious bottle of Mumms champagne that I was able to enjoy on my 40th Birthday. Great place to stay and ideally located within walking distance to beach and Sorrento Shops. Place was very clean, had all necessary items for an enjoyable stay and was very quiet. Very impressed with the service from BHR in that when properties initially inquired on were not available, a list of available properties was supplied.
